What information does the project form ask for?

The form asks about your business, your goals for the website, roughly what pages or features you're expecting, your preferred timeline, and any existing branding or content you have. This helps us prepare properly for the discovery call rather than starting from a blank page. You don't need every answer finalised, general direction is enough to get started.

Does filling in the form commit me to anything?

Accepted Answer

No, there's no obligation at all. Submitting the form simply starts the conversation, typically leading to a free discovery call where we discuss your project in more detail. You'll only receive a fixed quote once we've properly scoped things together, and you're free to decide whether to proceed from there.

Question 3

What happens after I submit the form?

Accepted Answer

We review your submission and get in touch, usually within 24 hours, to arrange a discovery call. On that call we'll dig into your goals, current situation and timeline, then follow up with a fixed quote based on the agreed scope. From there, if you'd like to proceed, we move into the strategy and brief stage.

I don't have a budget in mind yet. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Since we quote based on scope rather than fixed pricing, it's actually more useful for us to understand what you need the site to do than to start with a set number. During the discovery call we can talk through options at different levels of scope so you can see what's realistic before committing to anything.

Question 5

What if I'm not sure exactly what I need yet?

Accepted Answer

That's completely normal, and it's exactly what the discovery call is for. Many clients come to us with a general goal rather than a fully formed brief. We'll ask the right questions to help clarify scope, priorities and platform choice together, so you don't need to have it all figured out before reaching out.

Question 6

How soon could my website launch if I start now?

Accepted Answer

Once the brief is agreed, most builds take around four weeks, with more complex projects running five to six weeks. Timeline depends partly on how quickly feedback and content are provided along the way. We'll give you a specific estimate once we understand your scope during the discovery call.

Question 7

Do I need photos or written content ready before starting?

Accepted Answer

It helps if you have them, but it's not required. Copywriting is included in every project, so if you don't have content ready we can write it for you based on information gathered during the brief stage. If you don't have suitable photography, we can also discuss options for sourcing appropriate imagery as part of the build.

Question 8

Can I request a specific platform when I submit the form?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you already have a preference for WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace or a custom AI-powered build, mention it in the form or during the discovery call. If you're not sure, that's fine too, we'll recommend the platform that best suits your goals once we understand your project properly.
